just create2 pages
the thank you page
and the squeeze page
when they put their email
send them to the thank you page
just change the settings on your auto responder
when you create the web form
after upload them to your ftp and your done

Option 1: Do It Yourself. DIY means using a paypal button on a page you make. There's your squeeze page. This should be open to the world and easily found. Your download page should be somewhere else; on a hidden page with a crazy name that nobody would ever guess (they'll search for it to try and get the content for free). Your paypal button links them to the delivery page. No autoresponder needed.

You don't even have to have a delivery page if you don't want: you can put the report on dropbox and link to it in your paypal button.
