What kind of commission rates can you expect as an mobile app affiliate?

This is an area where I am completely lost. I have only remotely been in touch with http://www.mobfox.com but would like to know if any other network have a higher average commission rate. Since apple takes a 30% cut out of sales on the app store I assume that WSO commission rates like 50% are out of the window...
