Ive made wordpress theme. It has free - light fully functionl version + premium paid version with extra things.

I want to put my free WP theme to all places possible. Any ideas what sites accept self-uploading or how to promote such thing?

go to wordpress site and listed in directory and put a link to your homepage.

List it in Themeforest.net, I think they have a free section where they giveaway free wordpress themes.

If it is made by you, 100% original work, then you can submit it to the wordpress website. If you are really confident with your claims about the theme, then I am sure that your theme will get accepted in no time.

You can also try to submit your theme to websites that offer free theme. Type it in Google and you can see a lot of results.

There are many free wordpress theme download site. Submit your wordpress theme and you'll get quite a number of downloads. Some webmaster forum accept for free theme listing as well.
