Help Shooting A Video That Train People How To Use Their IPad

Hello Warriors, this is probably the wrong place to post this but I really need your help.
I am trying to shoot training videos for iPad, from showing How to use an ipad to How to use a particular app and I need advice on the recording end. I have tried using a canon 60D, but do not get a good image quality.
I read somewhere online that I could use a simulator but could not find any full iPad simulator anywhere that will do the job, so after hesitating I decided to ask for help in Here.

iPad or tablet training is a hot niche right now and I wanna produce videos to sell them.

Thank you guys

You need to download an app like AirServer. AirServer will let you mirror your display onto your computer. Just do a screen recording of the ipad's window and your all set.

Since the Ipad is backlit, have you tried turning the lights off or down and shooting the video. I use a Canon mark II 5D mostly, but I think the 60D can still adjust ISO settings, etc... You might have to take the camera off of auto to get a clear video.

Most of the time with video you want as bright of lights as you can get, but in this case you're probably better off turning the lights down and messing with the camera settings until you get the video to look crisp and clear.

Why not shoot your instructional video tutorials on your Ipad

Excellent videos are being created with Ipad and Iphone with appropriate apps . . . and you can avoid the high costs normally associated with video creation.

Trust me the videos are not good, I have an account with them, with iOS centric , and with padprofessor.
I am running a local ipad training and I get lots of request for videos.
I found airplay to be good but then you need to add the ipad skin to the videos.

I am still trying things out.
        Thanks

shooting the screen is a pain, unless there is a good reason.
airserver and screen capture like screenflow is what i use, an alt. in reflection app which adds a skin around your image, but less stable I have found.
