Ok, so after i contacted godaddy here the answer i got.. I hope warrior who don't know about this thing can make this thread valuable lol

Thank you for contacting Online Support. After you make payment, we move the domain name to your account within two weeks of the auction's end. We cannot move it sooner because we are obligated to hold it until the current registrant's redemption period ends. If the current registrant renews the domain name during the redemption period, we refund your purchase. To view the scheduled transfer date, log in to your Auctions account. From the Bidding List menu, select Won. The scheduled transfer date displays in the Status column.

Well, that's an unpleasant way to run an auction. I want the domain when I pay for it.

Understandable. OTOH, that "extra two weeks" might give you time to renew the
expired domain name before maybe losing it to someone via auction.

Perhaps Go Daddy could've made that...clearer somewhere?

Yes and although it says they tell you when you are getting it, they really don't, it just seems to be when they feel like it.
