Best Shopping Cart for CPA Publisher

Hi I don't know if this is a pipe dream or not but I've been searching for a good solution for days.

I am looking for a 3rd party shopping cart that allows you to use their form on your self hosted site so I can fully customize it and keep them on my site (to keep conversions higher). This would also need 1 click upsell as well as work with NMI merchant.

Please Help I'm losing my mind!
