Do I have to put an disclaimer on every email I send, or putting links to disclaimer and legal pages is OK?

Well why's the disclaimer for? Are you referring to the ones people use for affiliate disclosure?

Not disclosure, but disclaimer.

You know, disclaimer on that we are not liable if you lose anything because of you based your decisions on our information.

  Links to your TOS/Disclaimer/Private policy are also ok.
  
  Because you can not include the whole Disclaimer content in every email.
  
  Use something like:

Assuming that you're providing support for a product or service, I wouldn't worry about putting that at the bottom of each email. Instead make them agree to those terms before they pay - most shopping carts have a Terms of Service feature built into them.

I would ask and lawyer. So many variables.

But you can always link to it, if you want to save email real estate.

They WANT us to put our affiliate disclosures "as close as possible" to our "call-to-action" links.
