Flippa rates #1 for sure. And then the Digital Point forum (the buy and sell section).

I have had success selling numerous websites in the past on Flippa and DP. Obviously, advertising on the WF would be a good place too

I'm not sure if Flippa and DP is the answer you're looking for simply because Flippa tend not to accept outside advertisers and DP is pretty useless for anything except the lower, cheaper end of the market.

From spending the last three years in this niche, i'd say it's small but crowded, so you would probably stand a better chance looking outside the niche for people who may need a little educating, but would be more likely to respond than people within it.

Some ideas are

1) Web Designers. This group has the ability to frequently build 'good' sites and are often looking for more freelance work so providing another way to create an income would probably go down well. CPMs are also cheap on design blogs so this would be ideal for display advertising

2) The offline opportunity circuit; mostly older users who are looking for a second income or something to do in early retirement. This group tend to have more spending power and willingness to spend and can be found through the seminar circuit (partner with someone already doing them) or through classified ads in offline publications like the exchange and mart.

3) Property Investors and Investor Clubs; after the recent issues with mortgages and property prices, this sector is crying out for a new opportunity that doesn't require the huge risk and capital investment associated with property. Many of the operators who used to do seminars and info products have huge lists and nothing to sell so would probably welcome a new concept.
