Check This Out - List building with adwords!? - new concept or not?

I was just doing a search on google and noticed an Adwords ad at the top.

Nothing unusual about that I know, but this was different, it had my email address displaying within the ad by default.



This as far as I know is something new ... is this something we can all take advantage of or not? ..... I don't use adwords myself, they closed my account some time ago, so maybe you guys who do use them can enlighten us all ..could be useful!

    this has been going on for some time (well over the past year). No idea how the deep inner working of AdWords works. Anyone know if the every day advertiser can have this function?
