Gmail Error About Phone Number Verification

Hi! I am having a problem with Gmail accounts and phone verification. Google asked me to verify my phone number and when I entered the number it said "This phone number has already been used too many times for verification." I have used this number for 2 times already for my other accounts, so I decided to try another number. I have actually tried 6 more numbers (4 were new ones) and still get the same message. I also tried to verify my other gmail accounts and also get the same message. I tried to clear my browser's cookies and tried different IPs, but it also didn't help.

What do you think can be the problem here? Any clues how to resolve it?

    Where the other numbers personal or did you use something like Text Now?

    Well it was a mix of personal numbers and online services like text now

    If you are 100% sure that your personal numbers haven't been used it's weird. Text Now gives numbers from person to person, if you don't login to your account for 48 hours they give your number to the next guy and a lot of those numbers have been used on Google.
