WordPress - Kinda make my living using it
Adobe Fireworks - Graphics / Mocks
Jotform - Quick forms for WordPress
ManageWP - Helps me keep track of WP sites
TextBroker - Get my content for client sites
Bufferapp - Keeps my Facebook / Twitter / Linkedin active
Firebug fro Chrome - Edit CSS / WP Themes

Top tools, what do you mean by tools exactly? Software? Tactics? Websites? Physical things? I mean you're kind of asking a broad generic question. Can you be a little bit more specific? That might stop some of the one liners you're getting as responses.
