Quick Fiverr checklist to boost your order volume

If you provide services on Fiverr, you know full well it can be quite tough-especially if you are offering services many other people offer. Here are some ways you can boost your order volume. How do I know? I use them and I never have an empty delivery queue.

1) Focus on quality. Put yourself in the shoes of the person who ordered from you. Will your delivery make you happy if you were the customer? Don't make excuses or try to cut corners. Answer the question honestly. Will you be happy with the work you delivered if you were going to use it for your own business or personal life?

2) Be professional. Make an order delivery template or use a format document you can paste your delivery in. Make sure it shows that you are not just some guy doing what you do for beer money.

3) Invite would be customers to ask questions. Answer questions promptly. Many people who look at your gig description might not see an instant fit between their needs and what you offer. Invite them to ask questions so they can see the full picture.

4) Ask them to collect your gig. This adds a social feature to your gig promotion. The more people collect your gig, the higher the chance more people can see your gig.

5) Ask your customers to socially bookmark your gig. After you deliver, ask for a 'tip' in the form of a social bookmark. Use a delivery text template that mentions this automatically.

6) Under promise but over deliver. This speaks for itself. This is the cornerstone of a solid business built on Fiverr, forums, and freelancing sites.

Depending on what you are offering, setting quick delivery dates can also boost your order volume.

    Hi

Thank you for your list Mr. writeaway ....

But thing is you may come across many bad client ..and after you order completion they put bad review and rating ..which make your fiverr rating lower ..and also down grade to lower level ..you can just defend in that small message box ..but there is not option there that we can tell fiverr that this is not our fault and try to defend your self ..so that your ranking will not decrease ....

Do you know how to tackle this type of buyer ...so that ranking will not go down ....

From my experience, Fiverr is very fair when it comes to bad reviews. It all boils down to the expectations you set. Make sure your gig description DOES NOT OVER PROMISE. This is crucial. Many guys get carried away and make all sorts of claims they can't possibly live up to. As a result, some people get so ticked off that they leave a negative review.

To protect yourself, ask to be contacted first so both you and the buyer have a clear understanding of the project before the client even places an order.
