Hi Warriors

Yesterday, I sat at home, trying to find motivation to start my own business, and i did.

I talked to a kind Warrior a1pena, we were skyping and i really understood that this was possible.

So i:

* Bought a hosting
* Bought a domain
* Set up wordpress to my site
* Bought a aweber membership

So now, I've been reading how to create a squeeze page and use Aweber to make a opt in for, but after this:

What's next?
How do i bring traffic?

Thanks, Tommy.

    Get some original content that is optimized for email and go to yahoogroups.com. Find groups that are focused on your niche and allow member posts. Make sure your posts are relevant and the only link you are promoting is your squeeze page. Offer a freebie from your squeeze page-this can be a PLR ebook from the free WSO section at WF or a $5 ebook from Fiverr. Post your original email content at the ygroups you joined.

    Once you have members, do the following...
    Set up a facebook fan page for your site. Order a stack of share-ready pictures for facebook. You can probably get these from Fiverr. Religiously send these out once per day. Promote your FB page to your list members.

    You can drive a lot of traffic to your squeeze page by posting in forums related to your niche, and including a link in your signature. The key is to provide good valuable answers and genuinely contribute - do that and people will click the link in your signature to see what else you have on offer.

      Here is something many people miss, especially in the beginning.

      You're not just building A (1) list. You should at the minimum be building two lists for every niche.

      A prospect list AND A BUYERS LIST

      People joined your PROSPECT list to get a freebie. But once you sell them something move them to your BUYERS LIST with automation rules of your autoresponder program.

      That buyers list becomes a much more valuable asset to your business. Sure it will be smaller, but also more responsive.

    This part is dreadful advice, I'm afraid.

    That isn't how article directories work at all.

    For all the reasons explained in this post, no article marketer wants to get his potential customer traffic coming to his site from an article directory (we all lose most of that traffic, and all of it's traffic which we could easily have arranged to have coming directly to our own site in the first place).

    "Edit them" is also wrong: As explained throughout this thread, it makes no sense to submit "edited" articles to article directories (that's a way of giving them previously unpublished content - a big mistake).

    This post and its links will help anyone who wants to learn how article directories work: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872

    For some marketers though, it takes a lot of time and patience to build a huge list of subscribers. A good way to build a list fast is on Facebook. You do this by posting videos of yourself introducing your business. You can get your name out to the masses in a short period of time, and get lots of exposure for your business. You'll be able to get targeted opt-ins using FB.

      Facebook groups are good sources of contacts and possible recruits to fb pages. Get them on your page and get them to promote you via shares.

    Did you already determine your market or niche? this is fundamental. From there, determine the need of your market and provide a solution.
    Knowing your market helps you find out where they hang out so you can reach out to them.
    I hope this helps a bit

        Attek,

        Product creation can be as simple or as complex as you make it. Here are a couple of quick ideas that will help.

        1: Research your niche and write your own. This works great if you have the time and ability to write a product.

        2: Outsource the product creation. This works well if you have some money to spend and do not feel that you can either do the research or are not a good writer.

        3: Put together a collection. Many of the best products I have seen are collections. By this I mean collections of other peoples content. Ask people in your niche to write a 500-1000 word article related to the topics in your niche. Compile these articles into a book and offer these to those marketers at 100% commissions to build your list. Give away one chapter for your freebie and then sell the upgrade for the entire book. Many well known authors have done this quite successfully.

        4: Interview someone in your niche. Since you are not likely the only person in the niche you are working, consider contacting others in the niche and asking if they would be interested in doing an interview. This can work extremely well since it becomes a product for both you AND the person being interviewed. (IE your first joint venture). They can promote it to their customers hopefully netting you some additional people on your own list.

        ** NOTE ** Interview several people and turn it into a full blown product line. such as 7-10 interviews, then becomes a larger package, and offer coaching on how to do interviews. Throw in some product plugs at the end of the interview and create additional affiliate income streams.

        What you really need to know is what each step of your plan is going to be. This starts with knowing your potential customer.
        1. What types of problems does your likely reader possess?
        2. Does the product you are offering for free (your giveaway) actually assist them in some manner?
        3. Will your paid product help to solve their immediate need?
        4. Do they trust you enough to buy from you?

        I spent many years in retail sales and management, so let me assure you trust is important. You want to provide a product that EXCEEDS THE EXPECTATIONS.

        But the product still has to be useful to them. Don't give a person a sledgehammer when then need a pencil. Figure out what your customers needs are, then put something together to meed that need.

    To build a really big list you need traffic to your squeeze page. There are a few ways you can do this. You can put the link to your squeeze page in your signature in forums which is a highly effective way to generate leads. Also you can pay for a Solo Ad, which a guy will promote your squeeze page to his list and guarantee a certain amount of clicks all depending on how much you pay.

    However, before you start doing this I suggest you build a decent squeeze page that will convert and will start to put people on your list. This is the most important part to building a list.

    You can also buy cheap traffic to build up your list. Try link redirect services.

    I suggest you use some free traffic method to test your squeeze page before you consider paid traffic. This way you can be sure that your paid traffic will convert.

    Remember squeeze page is only the first step.

    You need to build an "Engine" that will drive you the profits.

    I suggest you build your backend system first.

    What ever you do, do not drive cheap low quality, or untargeted traffic. I built a list of 800 leads (deleted more than 500 of those leads) on my aweber to no avail, made no money what so ever because i bought low quality traffic. Focus on building a buyers list like stated above. Focus on one traffic source and master it preferably paid you'll see what works and what does not quickly. I recommend PPV using MediaTraffic or LeadImpact, as they have the lowest minimum deposit for good traffic. Track your conversions using prosper202 or their built in tracking. Now get to it, hope I helped.

    Also, you can run question searches on Twitter and answer questions that are related to the info on your squeeze page. You need to put compelling info though.

    Get some original content that is optimized for email and go to yahoogroups.com.
    Yahoo Groups?! Are we still in 1990?

    I heard AOL and Lycos are good search engines to get traffic from and there's popular social networks called MySpace and Bebo that work well.
