Choose a new domain name. It doesnt even make much difference these days whether or not the domain contains you keywords.

Just keep searching mate, you will find one eventually. As stated above, exact match domains are no longer of importance

A lot of domain names are taken.

Get creative, find something that works. I would not spend more than the $10 (or whatever godaddy charges) for a "premium" domain.

Try and keep your domain a .com without crazy characters/mispellings/hyphens/numbers etc. You'll come up with something!

Pickup some keywords in your niche. Try mix of keywords or add some word or letter in general such as ABCofweightloss etc.

That would be quite a bad one, Nitesh, if "weightloss" is your intended keyword. It's better to add the extra word/letters after the keyword than before it, in a domain-name.

Take your time and think about it....I buy domains on a regular basis and I get many hand reg's every month that others have let drop that did not make it to auction in many niches. I understand that your niche is tough but you can find domains that will work.
Sometimes I can't understand why a domain that is great and will work is available after expiration but. it happens.

  • I don't know what kind of site you are creating, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say affiliate site.. If that is the case don't worry too much about the domain, what I've done in the past is adding words at the end of the keyword.

    Here are 2 examples:
    www . keywordonline.com
    www . keywordblog.com

Does that make sence to you? It wont affect your SEO too much and it actually makes your site look less "spammy", if you know what I mean?

I agree with NatesMarketing. You do need to think creatively.

But here's a way that maybe you hadn't thought of: Use the same kinds of abbreviations and "shorthand" that are used in Twitter or for text messages.

Quite often, the most creative domain names are easier for people to remember than the obvious ones that were bought by people earlier in the game.
