I would set up another site purely for your blog and blog about good T-shirts, funny T-shirts etc.

Build a following and with a link to your site selling the T-shirts.

Also joining facebook groups in the subject and making yourself know will help.
Can't find a facebook group? create one.

That should be enough to start with

how about facebook? you can have a lot of free targeted traffic if you want to put some effort doing so. make a special facebook company account. upload your picture, tag a lot of your friend while doing it. But if you want it quick, just upload your funny t-shirt in your own facebook account and tag your friend, the more you tag your friends the wider the audience you will have. your product will get a lot of exposure this way.

You can create some unique t-shirts and then share it on pinterest and other social networking websites, you create a blog of your own and then start writing about printing.

Run a contest and give some T's for free.This will help in spreading the word quick.

Youtube and videos is good for such sites. Try to make funny videos where people
wear your shirts. If it goes viral, you hit the jackpot. But even if it doesn't go viral, it's still going to bring you some nice traffic.

Try to do funny T shirts on hot topics and trends as this increases your chance of getting much traffic on youtube.

Also contact people on youtube that got big channels and ask them if they like your shirts and if you can send them a few so that they can wear them in your videos. Go hard on this one. Contact like 10 people a day. If they don't respond resend them the same email.

Facebook is also great for this stuff. Basically everything that has to do with social media is good for this kind of business. A little media buying for branding also wouldn't hurt.

There is another great secret technique I use a lot, but you gotta do it on adult sites and I probably shouldn't mention it here on the forum

If you want to promote a funny t-shirt, people must see the joke first, that is all that matter. So, you should promote your site content on a social network / blog that appreciate image, picture and visual idea. Here is what I will do if I am in your position :
1. open Tumblr account,
why tumblr ? people in tumblr love funny image, they will reblog any post that sounds funny and interesting. tumblr community HATE article or written content, maybe quote is still acceptable.
2. follow a maximum of 5 most popular tumblr blog that strongly relevant with your niche.
3. connect your friend that have tumblr account, and only post an image of your t-shirt maybe once or twice a week.
success story : my friend just open a tumblr account 2 months ago, and now she had 200 follower. you can compare your result with this.
5. find a lot of follower, keep posting a lot of funny and inspiring image, beside your own t-shirt picture.
6. and oh, don't forget to connect the URL of each of your t-shirt post with the call to action page.

Use the social media and yes blogging would work...

I would give Pinterest a try. My traffic has doubled since I started using it at the end of last year.

Open a business account so you can get your URL veified and get a backlink from your profile.

I got someone on fiverr to start my account off. There are people on there who will open an account for you, created some boards with your keywords and pin pictures to them.

Then pin some of your t-Shrits as well as pictures from other sites.

It will take a bit of time but if you follow others in your niche ( there are plenty of others on Pinterest with T-Shirt Boards) and comment you should soon get some followers.

Your t-shrits are just the sort of thing that people like to repin.
