I thought it looked good - just about to go with them and I know that I won't have the time or inclination to study all their support materials. Simple visual tools work best for the technically non initiated.

  Honestly, I don't care so much about all the bells & whistles. I have the feeling, often it's an excuse to charge higher rates. I did lots of split testing with sophisticated AR messages (great design, audio... everything) and I got the highest conversions with simple text messages formated to 70 char width - this is for the IM niche, for other niches, something more sophisticated may be better
