I'm new to outsourcing my social media, and want to know what a fair cost is for hiring someone?

I want someone from the Phillipines to manage my personal facebook profile for network marketing purposes and to also help make some contacts via groups related to the subject.

If I want someone to work for me for 40 hours a week and just send basic messages to people and interact with groups. What should my budget be?

Even if I can't get a full 40 hours a week, my initial budget is about $500 a month...please go easy on me I'm a a newbie!

    Try odesk but make sure to track productivity and results.

      For 40 hours per week, $500 might be a bit low monthly, but you just never know. If i was you, i would list what you want done on odesk and guru and make sure to include your budget. You will more than likely find someone to do it for you. Then once you start making better money, you might bump their pay up a little bit to keep them happy
