Aweber is driving me crazy!!!

I just wasted a whole solo ad. I prepared a page that I even tested and all worked ok with the submission. I wake up this morning seeing that the clicks were delivered and when I login to aweber to see how many subscribers I got, there was a big fat 0!!

I submitted my own email and surprise:
"Required Fields Are Missing

Email"

I have done everything to fix this, created a web form from 0 but I still get the same error! Any solutions?

In order to help you with this we would need more info about what you have done..

But better way is to simply contact Aweber live chat support..they can log into your account and see what is the issue..

I quit Aweber because they are beginning to fail at delivery, plus confirmation delivery. I can't see paying money every month for nothing.

Joan, if you are looking for a free autoresponder service, you can checkout Listwire.com. It does the same job a paid one does, all for free! no monthly payments...

Are you sure the delivery failure had nothing to do with your subject lines? Certain words get sent directly to the spam folder so it might have nothing to do with aweber. Anyway, which provider did you go with after Aweber?

I've been using aweber for several years now and never have a reason to complain for a day except for recent features that getresponse now have that they don't have yet. And I know they will put it in place too soon.

They have good support. Try to hook up with one of their online support person for a chat.

Before you send traffic to a form, you should always test it with your own email to see if everything works.

Submission > Confirmation > Email > Your email in new subscribers area

I would call support. They have great customer support

I feel the same way. I love Aweber. GoGvo is getting my attention though... but only because of their prices. I love Aweber and because I've built my business around them, I don't see myself leaving until I setup my own autoresponder service on my own servers....

Sounds like the form code is incorrect and the box people are submitting their email in is not the correct email box. I would need to see your form code.
