Creating affiliate products

So I want to creat some products to sell soon either ebooks or some other digital content. I know the power of affiliate marketing so I want to have a way that people can sell my product as well. I've been looking at e-junkie to start but also looked into Clickbank. Still trying to see what each offers but I'm pretty new to all this so I'm not sure what to look for.

What do you all recommend? I'll probably aim to give 60-70% commission on my products and maybe even go for full commissions to start. Thoughts?

Unless you're a well-known vendor, with your own ready-built following of affiliates, you need to sell your product through a network which doesn't leave the affiliates dependent on the vendor for payment. Without doing this, many serious, pro-affiliates probably won't even be willing to look at it. This is one of the great advantages of ClickBank (for example). And it's one of the great disadvantages of networks like PayDotCom (where few serious affiliates will even look, for exactly this reason).

e-Junkie was a good thing to look at, as well, especially if you're selling a PDF, because of its PDF-stamping device (which puts with purchaser's transaction on every page of the PDF before they download their copy, to inhibit illicit uploads of your product to black-hat, file-sharing and torrent sites). e-Junkie will work in conjunction with ClickBank (explained on their site), so you can use ClickBank to help to attract and to satisfy affiliates about the security of their payments, and still use e-Junkie to distribute the product after people have paid ClickBank for it. If I were becoming a vendor tomorrow, it's probably what I'd want to do.

You'll see, in many threads here, comments about ClickBank's maximum commission being 75%, but this isn't quite true. There are ways of paying up to 100% in affiliate commissions, there, if you decide that's what you want to do.

There are a few alternatives to Clickbank, but Clickbank remains the king. They have recently changed some of their policies to prevent low-quality products from entering their marketplace, so you should aim to make your product as useful as possible.
