What is the best newsletter directory or directories you use to submit your newsletter ?

Theare are a lot of ezine directories but from my experience they are quite useless in terms of traffic generated to my newsletters' websites.

I can recommend you only 2 directories, both of them being exceptions to the above "rule". Both of them belong to Chris Knight, the owner of EzineArticles.com:

This title caught my eye and I'm glad I stopped by. These 2 sites, if anything like EZA, definitely seem worth checking out!

  1) High PR for the homepage doesn't mean traffic
  
  2) What I don't like about this directory is that while the owner is promoting one of my ezine ad co-ops in the signature added to each and every email he sent and also on his directory, when I wanted to add one more ezine to his directory he asked me to pay $5 (or something like this) in order to prove that I'm not a spammer (this is not my assumption, but the reason mentioned on site and on further email correspondence)
  
  Recap: I'm one of the publishers already featured in his directory, he promotes my business but ... he insisted on asking me to pay that small fee so that to prove that I'm a serious person, not a spammer Funny
  
  I don't know whether Ryan still asks that fee so that to protect himself of spammers like me :p, but you can check yourself.
  
  The amount of traffic I receive from his directory is not very significant, but it still exists.
