Hello members of the forum Hello!
I have an important question to help I believe many Internet Marketers
Embed the YouTube video of someone else on my site can result in copyright infringement?
If so then why YouTube video embed confirm?
And if I take a link of "Share" (Share Video) and my website it looks as video and also will drain about copyright violation?
I would appreciate very much for help me please!

It won't cause any copyright issue. Because user who uploaded the video are letting you do it. When you upload a video in YouTube, you can enable or disable the Embed option.

That works as long as the person uploading the video to YouTube owns the copyright or has permission to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

If someone were to take a video from your site, and then upload it to YouTube without your consent, their enabling the embed option wouldn't make it legal for anyone else to download.

In practice, YouTube will usually act quickly on those kind of copyright infringements and disable the video, thus also disabling all embedded versions - so that would probably keep you from getting sued. But it's worth bearing in mind, nonetheless, even if just to avoid having disabled videos on your site.

How it works if X uploads an infringing video which you embed on your website:

You would be an "innocent" copyright infringer since you were relying on YouTube and X to embed the video on your website.

You are still infringing copyright, but an immediate court action would be limited to injunctive relief making you take the video off your website. There would be no damages. Suing for an injunction protects the copyright holder so that can get infringing material removed.

This very rarely happens. More likely, YouTube and/or you first get a DMCA notice to take down the video.

Now that you have actual notice of the copyright issue, if you fail to remove the video then you could be sued for an injunction and monetary damages. You would no longer be an "innocent" infringer.

As the owner of the video is getting every view and you are actually helping him out for most exposure of his video. It will not create any kind of copyright issue for sure.

    Thank you friends!
Just so you know there were a number of claims of copyright infringement on the Internet implemented because of the YouTube video on their site, I myself was in shock when I read about these cases online!
And read a few cases the plaintiff won the Total defendant is implemented video (not uploaded a video of someone else)
That's why I asked to make sure it was not true, that it makes no YouTube wants approve such a thing!
When I researched the issue online listed should ask the owner of the video to confirm embed it on another site!

It is perfectly fine to add someone else's video to your site.

What you need to watch out for is making sure that person didn't steal that video.

It is way way to easy to download any public YouTube video and then upload it back to YouTube. Then have it say you are the creator of that video.

Any video I use, I still contact the owner for permission. It is a simple step to prevent legal actions.

You should be fine, as long as the video wasn't stolen in the first place, like the others said.

I like to give credit and link to their site if I use their video, just as an extra thanks because other's videos make things easier for me.

Also to note here, make sure you actually watch the video. When I upload videos to my site I tend to give credit to the speaker in the video, the website or company that is mentioned in the video (they will shamelessly put it in there somewhere) and not necessarily the uploader. Plagiarism 101 if you take someone's work and put it on your site always give credit. Also pay attention to the uploaders name before you embed the vid on your site to avoid frustration. egdhty123 is probably not an actual person.. try to find the real uploader and embed their vid if you can. Actually help out the right person when you can.
