Call them up - you might be able to get this resolved over the phone.

PayPal are a bit shifty, I'd recommend not keeping much money in your PayPal account at any one time.

    Hope you get it sorted.

Could it be because your forum profile says you are in Pakistan, a country not supported by PayPal?

      .

Exactly - try reading the terms before signing up with a company

I don't think they even let you create an account if you're from Pakistan so if you entered a different country, they most likely traced it back there.

Call them and they will solve your issue if possible. If you tried to trick them sorry, but you have to live with the consequences ;-)

Also don't understand how you managed to open a Paypal account if you live in Pakistan, unless you lied about your country of residence?

If you used a different country, you must have also used a fake address. You're using a credit card that doesn't match the information on your account whatsoever. I can see how that'd be a red flag re: fraud.

First of all, Paypal don't want your money. Second, why
on earth would you upload money to an account you just
created? Especially without checking all the terms and
verifying if you can actually open a PP account from your
country. This is a hard lesson for you to learn. Hope you
get it resolved, but you need to get on the phone with PP
instead of trying to reach them through email support.
Especially since patience doesn't seem to be your strong suit.

Hope you didn't use a fake address. If you did, that's a big problem. My cousin's paypal account was also limited back then. I helped her fix the issue by just following the instructions paypal gave. We just sent proper documents to verify her identity and address, problem solved. She was able to send money via paypal. I'm using paypal for more than 10 months now, no biggie issue, so far.
