need a good wordpress plug in for pop ups

I know a Pop Up Domination is a great plug in, but it is expensive and I am on a limited budget, and no matter what I do I can not afford it, so I need a good word press plugin that does the similar thing to Pop Up Domination though it is a lot cheaper, or maybe even free. Anything?

I agree it is quite expensive for such a simple plugin....

This is the few I know of:
OptIn Revolution
WordPress PopUp
PopUp Ninja
Simple PopUp

I've used OptIn Revolution before, it's very simple to setup. Can't say about the others though.

I know of a good Pop Under plugin: WP Stealth Cash.

  I use optincruscher, it more a pop up bar the traditional pop up, so I'm not sure if it will do what you want it to do.
