How to sell a WSO without directing people to warrior forum?

Hi Guys,

Just a bit of help required here, I am setting up my first squeeze page, etc (well I have set it up and I am tweaking it).

Now I want to sell a WSO and am happy to copy the copywritten information however I don't want people to leave my website purely because if they don't buy the WSO I want to redirect them to a page with another offer and if they do I want to upsll them another product before finally giving them the "free" download I offered in the first instance.

How can I go about doing this?

1 idea I have is to embed the warrior forum page on ym website with an iFrame although that just feels a bit messy, I rather have a shopping cart process where they can add multiple items to the shopping cart (i.e. one or more WSO's) then purchase them all at once...

All your input is appreciated!

Thanks
Divian

A WSO is a Warrior Special Offer.

If the offer is not being made on this forum then it is no longer a WSO.

What you are talking about is just an ordinary product.

Create a sales page on your domain and then use a service like JVZoo to sell that product.

No need to have the Warrior Forum included in the process anywhere.

      Hi Will,

Thanks for the quick response, what I mean is that I want to sell affiliate products (I don't currently have any of my own products) and I would prefer the customer to NOT go away from my website, the reason being is that I want to do the following when they put their information into my website:

Squeeze page > Offer 1 (Low Cost) > Upsell (another offer) / Offer 2 (Low cost - if they didn't buy the original offer) > Download Page for "free report".

What I am stuck on is once they get to Offer 1, if they don't buy I want to redirect them to Offer 2 and if they do purchase I want to upsell them a product.

ALL the products I am selling are affiliate products as I don't have any of my own at present.

How can I go about doing this? Can I do this?

      Thanks

        Divian,

Ok, I understand what you are saying now.

Unfortunately it's not really possible. It's kind of like wanting to have your cake and eat it to. The advantage of selling affiliate products is that you do not have to create or provide support for those products. The disadvantage of selling affiliate products is that you have virtually no control over the sales funnel.

Once you send someone to an affiliate link the sales message and sales funnel is then controlled by the vendor. If you want control over that and want to be able to have the products listed and sold on your website only then you would need to create your own products.

In regards to selling affiliate products, the best way is to first send people to a squeeze page. This way you get their email address and can follow up with them over and over. Once they have opted in then you can send them to offer #1. You can then send them to other related offers as time goes by. But the type of setup you mentioned above is just not possible when selling other people's products.

There are different ways and some use plugins or purchase scripts that handle the redirects but here's one way -

Your main issue is to worry about the visitor who doesn't buy offer # 1
Because, if they do not buy offer #1, they are not clicking on anything....

So here you need to set up a script that will redirect the browser if the visitor clicks on the back button on otherwise tries to leave the page - you've seen these.

Here, Ken Sar - a fellow Warrior, shows you how to implement an exit script:

For this step, you make a download page for Offer 2 but you don't use that page in your download page redirect - you make another page with the upsell. If you are using a payment processor, it will ask you to input the page you want your customer to go to after the sale is made - instead of the download page, you put the url of your upsell. Now on the upsell page, you simply put a link on the bottom of the page that reads, "No Thanks, Take Me to My Purchase!". This link is now your download page where the customer can finally get their download.

There are many variations - you can use redirect links that open one or more pages before sending the customer to the destination url. Your decision of which methods to use must be based on the niche and traffic you are bringing to the offer. You don't want to annoy people, this should be your main concern - keep it real, necessary and helpful.

As I said, many warriors use different methods, this is just one way.

Either you or i are very confused here (LOL)
First you mention WSO, then own product etc.
From what i read you want to sell an affiliate product on your own site?
Well, affiliate products don't usually work that way, you drive leads to the product
owners sales page and they pay the owner not you.

Anyway very confusing, maybe it's just me....

A WSO is a offer made on this forum. If you are trying to sell your product on your own site, then the other posters are right, this is no longer a WSO. I think you need to get your plan sorted out before you think about launching any product.

You seem a little confused. You can use WSO, and then use warrior plus, JV Zoo, to add funnels as you described.

To redirect once the user has closed the browser window, try exit splash.
