I'm fascinated by his insight and heard about him through Frank Kern.
I'm starting to employ his principles into my website and business practices as far as the marketing aspect goes. It's a whole different approach to growing a customer base and increasing the value of what ever base you already have.
His ideas turn many common marketing practices on their head.
Anyone in here have any experiences in applying his principles to your own businesses? I'm curious what result differences if any you observed.
