Help with setting up seo website?

Hi guys, I'm trying to to setup a website to sure my potential clients what service i offer eg. Backlinks,bookmarks,social media etc were is the best place to get a ready made website?

    You could try going through Justin Lewis with NicheOptimzer. He offers a website service too.
    Or failing that, if you wanted something pre built and existing already you could try looking at websites like flippa and buy something there. They may come with existing clients.
