Help Please

Im aware im new to the warrior Forum so ill introduce my self first im Ricky 19 from the UK and ive been in IM for 2years and im doing great.
now my problem i recently brought a hosting reseller account so i didn't have to pay the ridiculous hosting fees from other company's, i switched over a few sites and it all went ok, but my main adsense earning site went wrong and i cant figure out why ive had my brother check it and make sure i switched it over correctly and its all fine but i get a error when i try to go on the site it asks me to download something at first i thought it was something wrong with the host and it didn't support php but it does and i just cant figure it out please help this is really affecting my business. ive just tried going on there again and now it doesn't even ask me to download anything it just says error take a look its - Secure Web Host

    Firstly, welcome Ricky.

    Secondly, your problem is with your hosting company. Open a support ticket and take it up with them. I could be wrong, but I doubt whether any of the warriors will be able to help with this one.

      Hi Ricky,

      Currently, your hosting company has locked out your page so we can't view anything also. You might have to get the current hosting company to send you a backup of your website so you can upload the whole thing up at your new web host.

      That is, if they're cooperative enough. Hope this settles for you quickly.
