Help me with Clickbank problem

Hi,
I'm new to clickbank and i made 3 sales the last week : 2x35 + 56 $
next day, 56$ was refunded
Now, the items of paycheck says that:
Credits 70 $
Debits -56$
payment/Net palance 14 $ !!!

What's this?
56$ was paid then refunded so payment must be 70 $ or what?

    I'm having all kinds of problems with click bank. Their accounting seems to work OK but I keep losing clicks. they simply aren't registering with clickbank. I contact their customer service and they never respond. just some bogus clicks show up in their analytics...

    I'm getting very frustrated with them,...

    How are you linking to CB products? There are lots of ways to link but some are better than others. PHP redirects are better at getting the affiliate's cookie through than, say, a frame redirect.

      Hey Sayed, I was having the same thing happen to my clickbank acct. When a customer got a refund, clickbank was deducting the refund from my previous sales, so I called clickbank and they said that It was normal and that my net balance would go back to normal on the next pay period, and It did. So don't worry your net balance should return to normal.

      You can always just call them at: 1-800-390-6035

      I use HTML redirects , i don't know how to use php redirection
      is html bad as a redirect?
