I am having an extremely odd situation going on at Flippa Support. Well, my Flippa support support ticket actually dissapeared and I can no longer submit any more support tickets on my account. I was inquiring about my account which was suspended and I talked with a support agent named Tim and he said they could unsuspend my account if I paid the fee's. I sent a payment for the fee and wrote back to their support team.

Now, I didn't do anything wrong against Flippa or it's policies. It was just an issue of a late payment with Flippa so when I found out I was overdue, I took care of it. I have 100% feedback and have sold 5 sites, one of my best sites selling for $3,000 last year. I enjoy the way they conduct business there but I've never had this happen to me.

After waiting patiently for 5 days for them to respond, I logged in and my support tickets had been deleted. The system acts as if I had not logged in. When I log in, it goes to the support desk url "https://flippa.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new" and the URL looks as if like I am a non-registered user requesting help. After I had filled out the form saying that my Request deleted, I checked under "Check your existing requests" and nothing showed up. All I would like to go is if they are going to unsuspend my account like the rep had said they would.

I am a bit perplexed as to what to do now. I mean, Flippa doesn't have a phone number I can call and I can no longer reach customer support. An e-mail would be nice but I can't even locate that on the site. Has anyone been through this situation or could someone guide me on what to do next? It might be some kind of site bug going on but I'd like to find out at least.

Thanks freotech for this. I was looking for a page like that and couldn't find it for the life of me. It's odd they don't have it on their menu.

Well, I actually contacted them through Facebook and figured no one would reply. To my luck, after I sent the message via Facebook - a rep looked into my problem right away!

The weird thing is that Flippa deleted my ticket and never responded. The only way I found out my ticket was solved was by looking at the status on my account. My account is in good standing now and it doesn't have any issues.

My guess is that they had some kind of bug over the weekend and since my rep went on vacation, no one handled it until I let the Flippa Facebook team know. Well, this was a nice surprise for me so thanks Flippa =)

I just hope they are able to alert users when their ticket has been solved so that way they know what's going on. It was probably just a hiccup in the system.
