Does Clickbank have live chat?

I am wondering if clickbank have customer support via online live chat and if so, could someone provide a link to it.

        I was on their 'Contact Us' page ( https://www.clickbank.com/contact-us/ ) today multiple times during office hours, and I saw no live chat function.

        Is it hidden somewhere?

          That's the wrong page, Glen.

          If you go to the page Harvey linked to, in his post above, the last line says "If you prefer to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives directly, click here."

  • I have a question in this regard, as it's something I'm considering for one of my sites...

    How important do you feel is a Live Chat in terms of customer support satisfaction? is it a must-have or would an efficient ticket system that answers all tickets within 2 or 3 hours be enough?

    Obviously, a Live Chat is always a better option but it also takes your staff requirements to a whole new level. Do you guys feel it's *necessary* or would a fast ticket system be enough for you?

      I really think it depends on the customers' perception of the size of the business, AA. And on the "subject matter" a little, too?

      People perhaps expect it, these days, from companies like Hostgator, Namecheap and ClickBank, and/or if dealing with something where "technical problems" are readily and regularly arising.

      But from smaller businesses, and "non-techie" things, I think most people don't expect it at all. I certainly don't.

      For sure. I think most people are kind of aware of that, and happy with a relatively fast-answered "help ticket" system, myself.

      I've found it to be a great tool for converting customers quickly. The problem with it is they always expect it so unless you're going to hire staff to be available during certain times or can be sure that you're able to, it can cause customers to become upset when it's not available.

    Thanks for all the responses even though it seems like the discussion isn't even directly to me(feel invisible in my own thread). Anywho, I just clicked on the link and the chat is gone already. Did they go on a lunch break or did they close down shop for the day? Weird. Mountain Time it would be around 3, 3:30 so where the heck is support? Lol
