Would You Opt-in for This?? (Fixed)

Hey, wanted to post something here and get your thoughts on the lead magnet within this offer. Now I own this squeeze page, the reason why I'm posting it is I wanted to see if I have a good market to message match.

Now I've attached the squeeze page as an image, so you will have to be log-in to see it, however, I didn't want to put a link in the post. NOT LOOKING FOR OPT-INS, I TRULY WANT YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE PAGE.

So, here are my questions:

1. Would you opt-in, (with your real email address) for the lead magnet?

2. Is the copy clear and you understand what I'm giving away with in the first five seconds of you seeing the squeeze page. (in this case an image of the squeeze page.)

3. Where do you think I can improve upon the page itself?

    Maybe it's just me but the image is hard to see here. I can see what the overall message is, but some of the words can not be seen due to image size.

    Just my opinion here so take it for what it's worth:

    I think the header is a bit wordy. I had to read it a couple of times just to make sure I understood the message trying to be communicated. So, this did not allow me to get the message in the first 5 seconds.

    Also, the message at the bottom about FTP would discourage me from signing up. Most (not all) people that are looking for something for free and have to take more steps than just downloading or opening their email, will probably not be interested in uploading anything via FTP. Heck most of the cold traffic wont even know what FTP is!

    1. I would take out the "ugly" bit from the main heading and remove the brackets.
    2. The first line should also be revised to be more easily read.
    3. Remove the bit about FTP. Tell them about that after they've opted in.
