Anyone know any active forums for gaming?

I have a pretty decent gaming site getting 2,000 unique views a day, and just want to get some extra targeted traffic in and hopefully some sales! To do this I hope on joining a few new gaming forums and hopefully can post a few threads, anyone know any good gaming forums?

        Be careful about blatantly advertising in MMORPG forums.

        Most don't allow it, and gamers will tear you apart if they even suspect you of being a spammer, or worse, a disingenuous gamer.

        I did a lot of research into forum advertising for MMORPG sites and found it to be a waste of time. But that was a couple years ago...

        Gaming is to broad to have something which matches everything, narrow down the games you want to target. It is the only way the top gamers in the game will take you seriously.

    I used to be into gaming and the forum I would always go to was called nextgenupdate. Google it, it's a good one.
