It's not really a case of "do this and do that". You need to understand your market well enough to know where the buzz and interaction is and get involved. It's good to see that you have started to use Paid Traffic sources, is that going well? Testing and tracking can be a slow process but if you didn't do it you could be throwing money away.

If you have the money, I'd focus on testing and tracking with paid traffic, because that would be the quickest way and give you some ideas about if any improvements could be made for the service that your promoting etc...

The advertising channel depends largely on who is in your target market. Once you understand "who" and "where they spend their time online", your task is made much easier.

Not a product, and we so far do not yet know what he is trying to sell, so that could be the worst possible suggestion.

I have just read a post here on the forum about using FB as a promoting platform. Maybe you should read it.
Mainly, I thunk it depends in the niche you have chosen and the target audience.

The number one problem you have at the moment is over-hyping your offer!!

In your signature, you are advertising your site as:

The #1 Marketplace for Buying and Selling Page rank
You are telling us in your signature that your site is "The #1 Marketplace", and in the thread, you are telling us the site is brand new!!

On your website, you are telling us: "12 User have already chosen us. 01 pages are available for your ads."

May I ask what criteria you used to determine that your website is "The #1 Marketplace"???

W.C. Fields once famously said, "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit."

It strikes me that you have attempted this as a real marketing strategy, and it is not working out for you the way you had hoped...

If you really want to know how to sell your particular advertising offer, it might help for you to look at how your competitors sell the same service. Don't copy their words, but try to model your offer after their offer.

Further, figure out how your competitors advertise themselves, and try to match their advertising strategy with yours.

You're selling ads as a service, but you don't know how to advertise? How does that work? Would you buy from someone who doesn't know how to advertise? this is your problem, and it probably shows in your adverts, and your site I would guess.

You really should go and promote some products, and get some sales from advertising, then use that experience to sell your service.

Is there a benefit that you offer over your competitors to get people to use your services?

Only one thing, create a short description that entails your service. Think of a social bookmarking sites that are hit nowadays. Facebook and twitter are the best for that. You can also upload pictures to instagram, flickr, photobucket and etc. to make it more popular.
