Hosted Amazon Store Solutions?

Hello Warrior Forum Members,

"Old School" member that has been away for a long time looking for some advice...

I'm looking for a solution (preferably hosted, as I would prefer not to have to deal with hosting issues, IE self-hosted Wordpress Blog) that would allow me to link to Amazon products and/or create an Amazon store.

Back in the day I used BANS but the hosting issues were a headache :p

I did some searching and found a couple of products that looked intriguing but was wondering if any one had any additional suggestions.

*Amazon Blogger - looked really promising but the WSO was closed and I had concerns about getting banned by Blogger for autoposting.

FB Store Builder looks interesting but I'm more interested in automating the creation of links to individual items.

Ability to post individual items (ie by ASIN) and ability to utilize other affiliate programs would be a plus.

Thanks...I was really trying to avoid having to host my own blog. I've looked at blogs hosted at wordpress.com and they don't appear to have the ability to use 3rd Party plugins.

If I did opt to host my 'own' WordPress blog any suggestions on hosts that offer lots of Wordpress support and especially help with affiliate plugins?

I find hostgator ok but like most (if not all) hosts they do not offer support for 3rd party plugins. If you do use affilliate plugin then the seller of that plugin should offer support. Those that I use I have found no problems with.

Thank you sir...I have complete access to a reseller account with CPanel & Fantastico, so if I have to go that route I have the resources available.

Was just hoping to be able to concentrate more on content and less on management :p

Just seems like when I was last here there were some amazing things being done with hosted solutions where you paid a subscription fee, bought a domain, pointed it to their nameservers, customized your template, added your affiliate codes and you were set.

Guess I was mistaken or it never took off.

Why are you adament on not hosting your own blog? Everything worth having costs money my friend. You've got to be willing to spend money to make money.

Who said I was looking for a freebie or handout? I currently use the paid Wordpress service; however it cannot achieve the results I was looking for.

I was trying to avoid hosting my own blog to avoid the headaches of managing the backend...not to avoid paying for a service or product.

I came looking for advice not assumptions or criticisms about my character...

There are several plugins that you can use on your wordpress blog to promote amazon product. Usually, if you join Amazon affiliate marketing program, you can ask the customer support to help you grow your site and make it suitable for online Amazon store.
