How do you code a link in signature?

I figured I'd ask this question here as I see lots of people have this in their signature. I want to have a phrase in my sig (not on this site but another forum that is relevant to my business) which has a link to my website. So lets say I want my sig to say "I have a website" and when people click on it goes to www(dot)mywebsite(dot)com.

Any ideas?
