Brands Paying for Content OK With Me

For example, a computer chip company paying to have an article written about the Hubble space telescope.
There are hysterical comments about corporate propaganda since a company paid to have content written.
Anyone remember Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom, which ran for 25 years on public TV, and has spent the last decade on cable?
If a company wants to have quality content written, unrelated to the company, with its name attached to gender good will, I don't see the problem just because it is paid content.
