Well when I get started I it was information overload and trying more than one system.course at once. Now I got those out the way I am okay....I aso had financial problem when starting but I never give and now its almost 4 years.

I'm learning as I go along, which is fine except it's cost me $$....but it is what it is. Choose the right people to follow and be ready to make some mistakes.

It was so long ago... I was struggling with time management, been working 24/7 as I been over exited with the success I was getting. Then I finally got in to my bed and been sleeping for 26 hours... Crazy, isn't it... 18 years past but I still can't stop sometimes. I so much enjoy my business, so it is so hard to stop. Not it is past 3 o'clock at night and I am still finishing my new article. Got new idea, lol, have to share it with the world. And in the morning kids will not ask when I went to bed, they will need breakfast. any way... Good Night every one!

For me, it's not getting too overwhelmed, frustrated or close to giving up. I am constantly worried people are trying to scam me, lie to me, etc. I also have money as an obstacle. I'm interested in IM because I need money but you need to invest some, to make some. I mean, you could invest no money and maybe make a tiny bit... But you understand what I'm getting at. So that's a barrier. The stress and mistrust and difficulty and money are all big contributors.

I think most newbies struggling stick with one thing and implement it.

What's funny I was talking to a woman today that is very motivated to succeed online, but she has had too much information thrown at her. What you need as a newbie is very basic principles to apply and work at it for at least a few weeks to a month. Many people give up after a few days, but time and dedication will get you there.

The biggest struggle for most people is getting traffic, then once they conquer that one. It is getting people to buy an item, finally it is making a profit as most sell the item real cheap to get sales and finally it is trimming expenses.

Without a lot of traffic you make zero money.

TRAFFIC ► SALES ► PROFIT

It's simple!

Nothing but their own LACK OF ACTION.

The trouble that most people have is not having a direction to get to actually making money.
They know you have to have
1. Website
2. Starting an Email list
3. Promoting affiliate offers
4. Squeeze Pages

Anyone can learn how to do those things. But doing all these things in a way that will actually make money is the hard part.

The biggest problem on a personal level was to stop chasing all the shiny new products and promises and to focus on how to deliver value and help. Also sorting through all the information and training and deciding what is the best route for you.

Most important is to get enough traffic to your site/s and build that list and following.

I'm a newbie just around 3 years in IM..and never hit $10,000/month yet..

I'm a part time IMer so I got only 3-4 hours per day to run my online business...

Currently I'm doing what I'm so passionate about which is SEO and linkbuilding...you can watch how I did it in my signature below...

Feel free to give me an advice or an idea how can I make more money with 3-4 hours of work/day..
