Does this aweber feature actually work?

When broadcasting a message to multiple lists in aweber under the "Include or Exclude Other Lists?" section it reads:

"Subscribers will only get 1 copy of your email, even if they're on multiple lists."

Is that true?

Not in my experience. I'm on all my own lists and when I broadcast I get multiple copies.

I'm on more than one of other peoples lists and when they broadcast, I get multiple copies.

Anybody else noticed this? It would be a great feature, and surely not that difficult to implement.

    Maybe you get multiple copies because you are subscribed with different e-mails?..

    Mine get one copy PER e-mail they have registered with, some people forget things and register twice so they might get a duplicate copy.

    I use Aweber and it doesnt double subscribe, although i like Get Response better.
