If you were to ever join a make money online mastermind group, what functionality would you like the group to have?

I already have a few ideas:

Live Coaching From Experts
Group Forum
One to One Forum Thread
One to One Coaching Calls
Facebook Group
Skype Group

But would you think the rest would be beneficial?

Members Only Launch Board
Multi-Tier Affiliate Programme
Monthly PLR Product

Would be great to hear any other ideas.

Live coaching from Experts and one to one coaching calls would certainly help + I am always in favour of face to face coaching lessons which helps a lot...

  Probably in reference to Skype / Webinars / Google Hangouts. There's not reason why you wouldn't be able to do live events, but you may want to consider how many members would be interested in attending such events.
