Do you have at least one VRE right now?

VRE or virtual real estate = website, blog and some even say domain

I've been contacted by few people asking about my website.
Unfortunately the website is not for sale, but I see something here.

1. I must have an asset
2. It just a matter of time, that the asset will become lot valuable even when you have no good content
3. To increase the value, consider having a good content and unique design. I myself hire good writers
4. Buy a domain for at least 5 years, I'm not sure about this, but most of my 5 years domain, ranking easily
5. Whatever you do, whatever software you use, stay under radar, never get google and other search engine ban you
6. This one might be controversial, if you have problem to update your blog, think about autoblogging. My 1 month autoblog getting higher traffic (organic) everyday.
The trick is : post everyday
7. whatever people say, a .com domain is better than others intl

I don't have anything else to say, this post just wanna highlight the important to have VRE.

I know about this long time ago, but never take it seriously.
Just imagine, 10 years from now, you will at least have a domain that is 10 years old.

I've see a lot of good offer that looking to pay this kind of domain.
