What hosting should I use - it must support OAUTH extension.

This thing:
PHP: OAuth::fetch - Manual

I don't understand any of this, other than I might have to try and find a cheap host. I'm with Godaddy but they don't support this on their hosting. I wonder if Hostgator's shared hosting (cheap hosting) supports this?

It's some kind of plugin that must be enabled.

Any ideas?

  • Find a better host than Godaddy or Hostgator (an EIG brand).
    Smaller hosts are going to support more PHP features than the large crappy "unlimited" hosts.
    Just today, I had Stream101 enable two functions for me.
  • You're looking for a shared hosting plan where the provider will enable OAUTH for you and not a virtual private server I'm guessing. I would check with InMotion Hosting and see if they can set you up with this being enabled on one of their shared plans
  • I'm affraid Hostgator does not support OAUTH
