Warriors,

When have you hit "the wall" on a project? What did you do to move on from that break-down and make it a "break through"?

Learning from this experience:

Whats your advice to newb marketers starting out, who are experiencing this?

Why have you hit the wall? Is it because you know at the back of your mind that the project is a turkey?

Use the time to re-evaluate the project's viability and if it is, to re-focus on working out how to get it out there as quickly as possible. You can always improve it, even after launch.

Don't forget why roads get blocked!

Maybe someone is telling you that the road ends the other side of the block?

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.

    Thanks Artwebster for your advice.

I have changed systems to focus on cashflow. To give you guys some further background I was focusing an product creation but realised I am far better to start by bringing in some money via affiliate marketing (not knocking product creation) just realise this will work better for me.

Thanks are all your constructive feedback guys - This is why the Warrior Forum is so good.

    Cheers,

Sometimes it is better to go and spend some time on something else non-related giving your mind a break. It is much like a writer when they get writers block, they take a break and get away for a little bit while they refresh their mind and body.

Once they have taken a break and relaxed a bit they normally can get right back to where they left off..

I think it was Shay (God I hope I got her name right ..lol) that sent me a PM a good time back about blogging. I made a post and said I was not much of a blogger, and well I'm not ..lol She sent me a encouraging PM though and pretty much told me the same thing I posted above... She said take a break for a while and come back later and you will be surprised at what you can write about in your blog.

    Hey James,

That's really useful advice. Thanks so much. Sometimes its so hard to see the wood from the trees in IM and especially when you are a newbie. You can really throw yourself into things without taking time out and switching off from "IM Mode"!

    Hi Andrew...

    I'm with Kevin Riley here...

Keep striving, and you'll get past it.

But if "getting past it" becomes too time
consuming or stressful on your part, outsource
    it and move on.

Building your business should be about constant
progression... if anything steals your momentum,
do whatever is necessary to get around that.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks for your support guys

@David - you are right. Outsourcing allows leverage. Leverage means progress. I like your comment about "building your business". Its so easy to forget that sometimes. I spend too much time worrying about one site rather than the big picture!!

    @Shelia - Determination is everything!!!

    Hey Simo,

what I would advise is to take a break.
Maybe even a long one. Best ideas come
in a time of mental solitude and silence.
I would also suggest you start meditating
each day at least 10 minutes.
You will notice how productive you will become once you
    do that...

Perhaps you should not think of "breaking through" but rather look at climbing over that wall or around it!

Think around and outside the box. Sometimes the words we use will hold us back. You're trying to break thru - that's a difficult thing to do. Side stepping might be easier.

Visualise what you think might be behind that wall, be very detailed, and this can help

sometimes taking a break can help too. You're so in the project that you can't see anything else.

So try relaxing too and see what happens
