How much can I sell my site?

Hello guys,
I'm pretty new here and want to ask please for help.
I created my site about 6 month now. for very good keyword related to health and after 3 months it was N1 on first page on google. now it is dancing 1-2 on the first page. I did it all myself, and the content is all written by me.
It have affiliates links, but I didn't sell much.
It is PR2. Now I have an offline job and want to sell this site to make another one related to my job and go with it.
I don't know if I should post the link or send it as PM to be not flagged by G.
I really need your help to tell me how much I can ask for it.

    Hello saturnata,

    Some sites, like the one surgematrix suggested, can give you an idea. How much you can sell it for really comes down to

    - The niche you're in
    - How much in demand it is
    - How much traffic you are getting to your site
    - How long they are staying on your site
    - How much competition is in your niche (Based upon your keyword(s) and search engine rankings)
    - Whether it's SEO-optimized or not

    Of course, you have to know these stats AND provide proof of them.

    Site basically sells for 10x Month earnings.
    But you need site that makes $100/month for 6 months at least, so its steady. then you could sell for like $1k-$3k if you are lucky.

    Also depends on potential it has to make more then that

    From analytics, about 5-10 visits targeted visits with very good keywords.
    Please take a look Pregnant naturally and this is my main keyword, but it was SEO optimized for many KS also. It is very SEO optimized. but like I said I didn't get much money 2-3 sells only

      Doesn't matter much what PR it is or where it sits in Google. What matters most in selling a site is how much revenue it's making and for how long it's had a steady income. If it's not making much, most likely it won't sell for much.

      Automated estimations are worthless. They are inaccurate and no one believes that a website that is not making money is worth $4K.

        I would agree with you, but I did what previous guys told me, just to check this site and have an idea. Like I stated in the OP, I just want to sell it to begin something else. and because really I don't know how much it would really cost I ask for help from people that knows much in this than me.

    If your site is in position 1 or 2 for its main keyword, and still only getting 5 - 10 visits then you aren't using "very good keywords".

    "get pregnant naturally" as an exact match only gets 320 global searches per month.

    Think about your keywords. Why would anyone google "how to get pregnant naturally"? Most people know how to do that - it's called s*x

    People are more likely to be searching for keywords related to infertility, I would have thought.

      Thank you for your reply, but let me tell you it is NOT only about S*X, people who try to get child are doing S*X much more than we think ^__^ but when they are desperate, they talk about infertility, so they search for remedies and tips instead of going for IVF and other invasive methods that are very expensive and NOT natural way.

    No need to post the link, you will have to average out the sites earnings over the last 6 months, and you may be able to sell it for 10 times that. You said you haven't made much money from it, so I wouldn't get my hopes to high. You may be able to get 50-100 dollars from it on DP with the current income it is generating.

      Is it real? I spent more than 100 just for the virgin domain and hosting.

    You can also try to post the website in the "Full website for sale" section. But you need to give more than the link to website ... please put some analytics and visitors details, also the as mentioned by everyone ... the revenue generated by the website etc... You can check some current listings to get an idea too ...
