Hey folks,

I know Warriors really like Fiverr, but it just doesn't seem ideal to me. The results are crowded with junk, and every time I click on a seller for more details and then press the back button, the infinity scrolling feature kicks me back to the top of the previous screen instead of where I clicked at. So then I have to scroll down and find where I was. There are some great Fiverr sellers, to be sure, but I just found another option recently.

Some of you may not know it: www.seoclerks.com

There are loads of categories, and it focuses more on items that relate specifically to internet marketers. One quirk is that a lot of the sellers mention gigs and "extras" that aren't offered in the actual listing. Many of them may be on Fiverr too, and maybe this system automatically posts on SEOClerks too. I don't know, maybe somebody here could enlighten me.

Anyway, I've asked a bunch of questions on WF, and people have been generous with their time. So I wanted to share something worthwhile.

I never used Fiverr but I am a great fan of SEOCLERKS.COM. The best part I like about this website is that I can post a gig more than $5. I am not bound to place $5 gig. I have a very famous SEO gig there and I am earning quite good and the payout is very fast, within 2 to 3 days.

I love to go with Fiverr. If you found a good Gig it's like gold and you get very high value for $5. Search through, in my eyes it's worth it.

    Hi,

I don't do (or buy) gigs, but I have seen plenty of good reviews about seoclerks. It let's you post gigs for more than $5, which would be a deal-killer for me (my time is worth much more than five bucks).

Are you going to be there as a buyer or a seller?

Buyer. It would be easy to make $5 all day with stupid stuff that people could do on their own if they paid attention (seach engine submission, spun article, etc.) But I dont like working for other people, basically, especially for $5. No, make it $10

SEOClerks has a huge variety. I'm not against Fiverr really. I just prefer to look there first, and seem to find it easily enough.

I’d explain it to you, but your brain would explode.

They're quite the same, just no fixed five dollar price.

Of course there are a lot of people doing that. My friend purchase a logo before on other forum for $25 and finds out it was work with someone from fiverr.

Well, that's how MARKETS work. Buy low. Sell high.

I've tried to used some gigs from Fiverr before and it was great.
You don't need to expect to much from those gigs because they just offer it for a very low price.

    Hello everyone,

Thanks for the info about SEOClerks.com - will check it out.

As for Fiverr, the two main keys to making solid money on Fiverr:

    1. The gigs you present have to be accomplished quickly with minimal effort.

    2. The upsells that allow you to charge more for additional gigs - this can allow you to make more money from one gig (and again, the additional gigs can't take that much more work. Some, certainly, but not where you're slaving continuously for hours on-end).

Again, thanks for the info about SEOClerks.com!

    Take care,

If its one thing that I've learned from some real smart cookies doing their marketing...its better to find 100 ways to get one customer than to find 1 way to get 100 customers.

Be prolific. If you can do it in a heartbeat...why not.

Do it on fiverr... do it on seoclerks, do it whereever it makes sense.

    Hope that was helpful.

    Regards

I don't know why you guys are stuck on the idea that Fiverr only has $5 gigs. When you start out, sure, it's only $5, but as soon as you make 10 sales, you go to level 1 and can offer gig extras for more than $5, and if you can't make 10 sales on Fiverr within a couple of weeks, you need to go back to IM 101 school.

Maybe I should have been more specific in the title. This was more for buyers--not sellers--who want an alternative to Fiverr. I guess it sparked a conversation anyway, though.

@jchengery - I'm glad you valued the tip. Use the "Thanks" button.

@curationsoft - He shouldn't have paid $25 anywhere. But that's a good lesson, not too expensive to learn. Could have been $100 I guess.

I have noticed some things that are cheaper on Fiverr, such as press releases, and press release/video submission. I submit my own videos but was looking at the service for a while. It's around $10+ on SEOClerks.

On the contrary, at seoclerks you start at level 1 and can offer $5-$100 services, with extras. At level 2, you can offer $1 - $999 with extras and create subscriptions, instant downloads, etc.

The base price at Fiverr is always $5 and buyers don't always scroll down to purchase extras (or even know it is there sometimes). If you have a high quality service that should earn $20 an order, you still have to start at $5 and then "hope" someone orders the extras. Even then, you have to provide an "extra" service to your buyer which should have been $20 to begin with just to reach a base price of $20. From a seller's view, this deters me from providing high quality work since I'm already giving what I feel is a $20 service for $5. On seoclerks, I offer it for $20. If someone orders an extra, I get $20+extra$$ and I provide excellent quality because I am being paid the amount I feel I deserve.

One last point from a seller perspective is that seoclerks also pays your fees when you withdraw. Fiverr does not (or at least did not back then). You shouln't have to pay fees for your own earnings.

I'm seeing the opposite, 90% of the time the quality is REALLY great. I've ordered about 50-60 services so far but I guess you have to know what you are after and who to hire to get great results. If you just hire the first person you find who "guarantees" serp improvement, you might get low results. This is true with any marketplace anywhere.

Maybe you just had some bad sellers or didn't do proper analysis on the sellers? You have to look at their user level, positives, etc.

I was a regular visitor to fiverr earlier for buying servies. But now I've become fan of seoclerks. As I know, I did not find much difference but GUI wise seoclerks score better than fiverr...
