Yandex. Fake Malware Warning?

Does anyone know who Yandex are? I keep emails with the title "Yandex Search found malware on your website mydomain.net"

The email then says "Some of the pages on your website may pose a threat to your visitor's computer security. The number of potentially harmful pages is 0"

There is a link to a page which, allegedly, gives you the result of their malware scan, which tells me:
"yourdomain.net is either not infected or the virus has not yet been identified"

This smells like a fake warning to get you to download something or sign up to something, but I can't find out what.

Has anyone else had these emails? I've had several.

    I haven't ...

But "Yandex" is a competitor of Google: Yandex - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's the biggest Russian search engine, and an email service provider, and other stuff, too. (I've blocked users with "Yandex" email addresses from my forum, after various, repeated problems with them).
