Need Recommendation: WP Social Media Plugins

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi, I am looking for a single plugin that does two things: sits in a sidebar as a widget to direct people to my social media pages, and sits in the bottom of each post and acts as a "share this story over social media" tool.

Is there any such plugin, or are these two different things entirely? If they must be separate, I would be interested in recommendations for those as well.
