Preventing Refunds From Your Advertising Service

Wondering if any WARRIORS on here have provided advertising as a service to people ( maybe your website, banner ads, or emailing folks), and you have taken payments via paypal?. And after people have refunded because they thought they would get more for their money? ( yes i know crazy as thousands of people lose money in advertising ) but has this happened to you? how did you handle it with paypal or the people who advertised through you?

I would just give them their money back if it only happened every now and then. If it happened a lot I would re-write my offer to be specific about results or just quit selling advertising that nobody was happy with and see how I could improve the results before starting to sell it again.

From personal experience all I've ever done is tried contacting the individual and asking why. Did you have your advertisers sign any paper work or anything regarding the agreement? How large is the site you were selling advertising on? On a side note refunds are apart of the business, and if they really are fighting you about it and it's just one person or a few I'd just say refund.
