I'd invest it in shares if you are looking for a sure thing.

Be very careful if you are contemplating buying something on Flippa. There is a lot of crap on that website nowadays so you must be VERY careful. I've seen many people burnt.

You noticed that too, eh? I noticed some adsense sites that 'sold'. Interestingly enough, their domains' are showing 'this domain for sale' Godaddy notices

Since when are shares a "sure thing"? Far from it if you don't know what you are doing.

Sure, there are some relatively safe shares, but they are only going to yield a few % a year in dividends/appreciation.

I do agree that buying on Flippa wouldn't be very sensible unless you know what you are doing, though. The $15k level is prime scammer territory, too.

One more option could be a product launch.. search for niche market which have huge demand and create or develop a product based on market requirements which fulfills buyer needs and do a mega launch.. which could generate huge returns in small time period again only if you do it right way..

Before making any investment it is very important that you must have required knowledge of that field or market so if you are going to try something new, spend some time in learning it & testing it after that only decide to invest, just my 2 cents..

PPC testing, testing, testing with list building.

With $15,000 you should be able to double or triple that with the right funnel. No joke.

for me these are my favourites. I will include those vehicles you can use if you are newbie.

      For advanced....the best are...

      Google adwords

      MSN / BING

      Yahoo

      For the newbie,

      7search

      bidvertiser

Be aware though, it will take lots of testing with 7search, and bidvertiser as they do have low quality traffic. But its a great place to start with like $20 under your belt.

The best, will give you best results, as I have which is GOOGLE ADS, BING, and also YAHOO, and media buys also.

15k is quite a big numbers.

    For me I would ignore
-Buy Good solid investment on Flippa
-Build allot of mini niche sites

    because i don't think it work .
Flippa not a good choices to invest due to lot of poor service and bad review fromthere.
Build lot of mini niche sites is good but it would be great to take the time to blog more content for your site might help in SEO. Focus one work better than focus too much .

Unless you make money with adsense then you might create lot of sites.

I would recommend CPA marketing. But since you have some background with SEO and social media. Why not just build a authority website.

Lol. "Solid investment" and "Flippa" should not be used in the same sentence together.

As for investing your $15K, I would say focus on a single business model that has potential to pay off big time, and put all your effort and energy into that. Maybe make a high end product and just focus on selling it.

Create 2-3 HUGE Amazon affiliate sites packed with reviews. Or create small Amazon sites focusing on products with very low competition Both can work

I would let a developer make a software tool( Can be anything) and sell it to the IM community making around more than 10+ or even 100 times the investments but the difficult part is finding the best "developer".

Ever wonder how much optimize press, profits theme and other similar premium plugins/themes are making but still going strong.

And of course if the product is as good as senuke or other similiar ones, you will be banking big. And the marketing is only the initial stage.

I think you should be something that you are strong at instead of venturing out on something you are not sure.

Or do something that's related to your current business model and grow along the way?

But definitely a 'no-no' to use this sort of money to take some break.

Spread out 5k of it, and use it to test all your favorite ideas for a few months.

Then put the next 10k into your best idea.

    Fastest way to lose $15K
Ask complete strangers for investment advice on a forum where a small percentage are actually making a substantial income...
Check your inbox, you'll be getting a lot of "private offers"...

Personally, I would consider investing some of that in a quality coach, to take it to the next level.

There are too many specifics about any one plan of action for a forum to come up with the answers you need.

Unless of course you are just looking for suggestions... and already have all the knowledge you need to move up fast. In which case ignore everything I just said.

I only say this because I used to pay good money to learn taiji from an expert... I paid good money to learn drums from an expert.

I am now an expert in both. And I still pay for more coaching when I want to raise my standards.

It took me a long time to realise it was worth me doing the same to learn how to build a business.

Just be very careful who you choose as a coach though.

This way you are armed with someone's experience to save you time and money... and then a bunch of cash left over that you will actually spend wisely (provided of course you have chosen your coach wisely... which is another conversation all in itself).

    Good luck.

After 2 years 3 months of research... I found alternative's for essential tools (like gotowebinar, camtasia, survey monkey and many more) that are just as good as the ones you've heard about, but cost a ton less! So good even Guru's like Mike Filsaime have used and recommended them. Click here to find out what most insiders know but don't tell...

I wouldn't go investing it. The only thing that you might do if say I had just 15k to my name and I was desperate to use it to get some income coming in is this.... if you want to get a quick ROI, just go buy a cheap pickup truck for say 500 dollars from an auction. Then post ads all over the net for stuff like: Junk removal, deliveries, dog walking, house siting, landscaping, handyman... and really there are tons of services that with a cheap truck or a van you could go and do. Avoid ones that you have to get a ton of tools. Just simple services. I know this is way off IMing stuff, but worse case scenario you don't lose anything but some time. The truck will still be worth roughly what you paid for it. So you lose nothing. Where as if you go trying to invest that money online it's almost a guarantee that you'll lose your money. I would avoid that like the plauge. Most any website can be started online for ultra cheap or free. You certainly don't need to spend 15k on a start up that you can do for next to free by being ultra frugle about the ways in which you start you site. But ya go buy a truck and try that out. The ROI could be incredible if you really put your mind to it and aren't affraid of some honest work.

I would invest part of it in List Building and Forex Trading as both are my specialties.. My both options help in generating good income with one time investment.

In List building if you generate a mailing list of let's say 10,000 responsive subscribers which could be done by investing just around $2000 to $3000 you can start generating income of at-least $100 to $500 a day with selling solo ads and promoting affiliate offers..

And in forex trading you can start with let's say $5000 (as you have good budget) and generate about $100 to $500 a day from the day one by spending few minutes a day. (Forex trading is a risky market this is suggested only to experienced guys. You can generate income only if you do it right way.)

If you need any help in any of above two things you can contact me anytime.

Pay off debt first - even if you have more than $15k worth of debt. Your income is your greatest tool for building wealth, and if your income is going out the door in the form of monthly payments your overall working capital is reduced. You can do a lot more with that than you can with a $15k lump sum.

    - build a list (I would build a smaller list and test it first, if you like the return, go for it, ROI depends on your list's quality + your relationship with your subscribers)

    - create a quality product / service, build huge customer base

    - try PPC with CPA (just wisely)

    # Flippa: 90% of the sites are garbage, don't let them scam you, build your own business, forget Flippa!

    # Mini niche sites: I wouldn't say it is the safest way for a long-term business.

Do not buy ready made sites with possible fake statistics. If you want to run your own business, hire experts. $15k is a lot of money so be careful. By this moment or sooner, I am sure your inbox will be flooded with possible offers. Think 1000000 times...

Hi Rudz69, I hope my suggestion is not too late so here it goes. I'd create a solid product and affiliate tools with $1000 and get affiliates to promote it.

I'll use the a couple of thousands for media buys only after I've exhausted my list of affiliates and JV partners.

The rest of the money, I'll keep aside for future projects or just invest it in the share market.
Goodluck with your project , I hope it turns out well for you.
