Looking for Simple Membership Site Themes or Plugins

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. This question is related to Wordpress.

I'm not looking for a theme or plugin to create a membership site. I'm already using Fastmember to protect the member's area.

I'm just looking for something that will be the design (theme - sometimes could be a plugin) of the member's area of the Wordpress blog.

I'm using Optimize Press at the moment but it seems a bit over the top or complex. Would like something much simpler and hopefully free or inexpensive.

Also I don't really love the look I'm currently getting with Optimize Press. Maybe I just don't know how to manipulate it properly.

Anyways, I'd love a list of cool themes that are relatively simple for membership areas and blog posts.

    if you need help setting up a members area I can point you to some good videos and stuff, and the videos inside the optimizepress members are should help you to, optimizepress is the easiest membership system to use imo.

    you just create pages as normal, and set the templates appropriately.

      Though I can imagine much simpler themes to use than Optimize Press.

      Also I don't really like the look of it for the member areas templates.

      I want something I can figure out in ten minutes if possible. Sometimes less options are much better.

        Hello Rajhu,

        You can use any theme with page creator and advanced shortcodes, then use wishlist member to protect the page. What's nice about Wishlist Member is that it's simply advanced like no other membership script and you can integrate it with any theme. Plus it has this awesome shopping cart and autoresponder integration which makes things faster and easier. PM me if you need help
