Can you receive money in PayPal when access temporarily blocked?

As part of PayPal's security checks they carry out sometimes, I am having to send in a couple of documents before they can provide access again. Will the account receive any payments in the meantime or will the sender be informed of the restrictions?

    You might be restricted from sending or withdrawing payment but yes, you can recieve the payment even if your account is blocked.

    well Blockage means Not to allow something. And For PayPal, This could be an issue for not allowing you to fund, Withdraw, Receive money to your account.

    But you can Contact PayPal Any time to get information about your account.
